    Vintage new old stock one piece Texas Instruments TBP18SA030N open collector 32x8 Bipolar PROM -- Blank or Could Be Programmed with Your File in a professional HILO programmer.  According to specs is an analogue of Signetics 82S23 . The package is DIP/DIL 16 through-hole 300 mil.  These are OTP one time programmable devices so after you provide a file for programming it will be burned and cannot be changed later on therefore once your file is provided your order cannot be cancelled if you change your mind afterwards.
