New Component - Old Stock (NOS).The IC are brand new, but as a result of long storage time, may have trace of oxidation on the pins! Original Motorola production from 1980s , not a pre-marked refurbished fake Chinese chips!!! Please check carefully all attached pictures.
NOTE, all RAM IC are tested on my old Hi-Lo ALL-07 programmer / tester and they in full working order!
