You are purchasing a full tray of 50pcs Spansion S29PL032J 2Mx16bit Flash silicon dies. The plastic tray measure 5cm x 5cm, and each individual die measure 4.53mm x 3.86mm. These represent a great example of semiconductor manufacturing technology from 2009 and makes for great educational, collection and display item. The dies will produce shiny, multicolored rainbow reflection with light, like a CD. The dies are new old stock, never used, and will be packaged safely. Please look at the photos carefully.

The PL032J is a 32 Mbit, 3.0 volt-only Page Mode and Simultaneous Read/Write Flash memory device organized as 2 Mwords. The word-wide data (x16) appears on DQ15-DQ0. This device can be programmed in-system or in standard EPROM programmers. A 12.0V VPP is not required for write or erase operations. The device offers fast page access times of 20 to 30 ns, with corresponding random access times of 55 to 70 ns, respectively, allowing high speed microprocessors to operate without wait states. To eliminate bus contention the device has separate chip enable (CE#), write enable (WE#) and output enable (OE#) controls.
