    Description

    You get 2! The NEC D41101C-3 is a very rare and vintage 24-pin DIP RAM I have included the round dip sockets so no need to solder these.  The chip contains a 910 x 8 Bit FIFO (First In First Out) architecture used in digitizing NTSC Video and for arcade video systems of the past.  these can also be used as delay line.   These have a read cycle time (min) of 34ns, Read Access Time (Max) of 27ns and a write cycle time (Min) of 34ns. 5V Power with tri-state outputs and TTL Compatible.
