    1986 Scanglobe Spot Globe 2000, lighted,
    with USSR
    , Reader's Digest model, used. Old world colors (beige/brown).  Has famous explorers and dates printed on globe.  With original box and original "encyclopedic" handbook.  Stand is wooden and has weather station - thermometer, barometer, and weather gauge.  Light works. A "spot" from light/magnifying glass inside appears on globe to correspond to longitude/latitude settings on the dials.  See photos. Great for students or for home decor, stage prop, etc.
